Nice central location and the hosts are very responsive to any questions. Was perfect for our stay.

Exterior: straight out of a horror movie. Red paint splatters everywhere. We were told it's because the building was known to be host illicit services! Wish we found that out before sitting on the couch with the stains. Interior: Clean and newly refurbished - but weirdly, not a single mirror in the property. Parking: There is no parking, don't believe what they put on the ad. There's residential parking for other houses and streets but this one has only double yellows. Dishonest Host: We filtered for and booked for disabled access. This flat came up even though it has 4 flights of stairs. I contacted Sophie explaining that my elderly parents couldn't stay there and that we'd like to cancel. She then proceeded to be dishonest about refunds saying I'd need to speak with Airbnb whilst Airbnb said I need to speak with her. This waste of time (1 day out of a 3 day booking, that we didn't even stay there) meant I missed the window to cancel and at least get some of my money back.

Property was lovely despite a few issues

The house was spotless, very clean and organized. All the furniture was new, he delivered what he promised, I am very satisfied, thank you.

Fantastic stay at this modern one-bed apartment in Gravesend, Kent. The property was immaculately clean, very well equipped, and felt much more spacious than the photos suggest — comfortably sleeping four adults. Great location for the town, and everything we needed was provided. Sophie was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and made the whole stay effortless. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.
