Lovely house. Would say it is expensive for the price. Great location. Had a few minor gripes which I only mention because it was an expensive house to book. Charged £150 for early check in but not all toiletries had been filled up. The dishwasher was broken with some sludge in the bottom of the inside. Could not be fixed while we were there. The study room was tiny and the person using it needed to use an en suite bathroom. Games room is quite small and not much space to all gather. Also there is very little seating in the living room considering the size of the house.

Unique townhouse near York city center. Fun game room for the kids with good local amenities near by.

The house, location was 1st class. As was the host and Air bnb efficient and quick responses. There are 2 elements we'd like to feed back. We were somewhat disturbed that laundry service let themselves in when we were out. None of the bedrooms were locked and there were numerous yellow bags left in the kitchen which got in the way and spoilt the uncluttered appearance. We did expect full, private accommodation whilst we stayed there. The showers on 1st floor were tepid at best and freezing on the 2nd floor. This really should be rectified as 5 ensuites are a significant appeal to the property. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

It was perfect for our party. Having personal bathrooms really enhanced the stay of a large group.

Beautiful house in a perfect location, really accessible to York with a lovely high street nearby. The house had everything we could want and the attention to detail made it a really special experience.
