The host is very nice making sure you have a comfortable stay. Unfortunately my phone was on silent and always missed their call. My family had a great time. Thank you. The property is clean. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has big table that can be use as a pool.

Superb stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's a 20 minute walk into the center of York and the free parking near the property made a huge difference. It was clean but felt lived in, which helps you feel more at home. Everything you need is there, including Yorkshire tea bags, which if you have a soul you will know are superior. The only downside we found was the flat door rattles when the main door is opened and closed. We stuck a wedge under it to stop that though.

This place was great for a two night stay to visit the races close to the centre felt safe clean and the pool table was a great addition Only thing I would say is bathroom is quite dated but overall good place to say would recommend Thankyou

It was very disappointing the kitchen was very shabby stale coffee in the canister.mouldy shower curtain,very dusty throughout

Good location for York centre which is walkable via main road or via green walk. Easy access to buses and quiet. Property clean and as described, bathroom needs a revamp as per some other reviews
