We are local to the area and needed a place to stay whilst our own house was being rewired and a new heating system was being installed. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here. The neighbours were very friendly and there was a private parking space directly outside the house. The only negative aspect of this house is that it is located next to an extremely busy road, so you might need ear plugs if you are a troubled sleeper. I would definitely recommend this house. The cleanliness is a credit to the people who manage the property.

This three-bedroomed house provided an excellent base from which to explore the countryside and stately homes around Leeds. It is an old cottage that has been completely renovated and thoughtfully provided with everything that you might need for a short stay, even tea bags, coffee, and sugar, as well as shampoo and conditioner. It was scrupulously clean, warm and comfortable. It is actually on one of the main roads out of Yeadon but was remarkably quiet, due to its thick stone walls and double-glazed windows. There is parking for one car immediately outside the front door. Another bonus is that it is about three minutes’ walk from Murgatroyd’s, which is a nationally-famous fish and chip restaurant. It’s very popular so booking is advised.
