We had such a lovely stay, thank you so much. The house was beautifully decorated, characterful, welcoming and stylish. Lots of space and the garden was great. Highly recommended for family or friends. Having all the children’s toys and games inside and out was great. Everything was easy and smooth. Thank you so much. Only problem was our 3 year old did not want to leave!

A lovely cottage in the Yorkshire countryside. The property is as described and accurately shown in photos. We were a group of 9 and used the cabin in addition to the main house. The space comfortability slept 9 of us but as others mentioned the living space was tight for us all together. impressive outdoor space would be good in summer months.

Erin’s house is beautiful and set up for children. We had a wonderful Christmas here, and even got to decorate the Xmas tree, thank you 🙏

We had a lovely family stay at Erin's place. The weather wasn't kind, but the house was warm and cosy. Erin was helpful and quick with responses and amongst others, recommended the Wolds Inn, Huggate for Sunday lunch, which was fantastic. Pocklington was a lovely village to potter round and only a few minutes drive away. The house was well appointed and would work particularly well for young families in the Summer, as the outdoor space was spacious and well thought out. We were a group of 8 adults and found that the bedroom layout worked particularly, but we did find the living area more challenging, as there wasn't sufficient room at the dining table, or seating in the lounge. All in all though a great stay.
