We had a very comfortable four night stay here. Phoebe was very proactive in getting in touch prior to the sit and making herself contactable if we had any queries about check in or the house. Check in was smooth and exactly as described and the property was exceptionally clean throughout when we got inside. The house has a lovely large, light living room which had plenty of space for the four of us to hang out. The kitchen is very modern, although the one addition I would have loved is a dishwasher (and maybe a few more mugs so we didn't have wash up after every cup of tea!). The bathrooms are clean and light and the downstairs bathroom has an excellent shower. The bedrooms are compact but modern, comfortable and well presented. Overall, we had a great stay. We already know the area well as we're local and it's a great location to base yourself if you're visiting, with excellent proximity to the river, some beautiful walks and an outstanding bakery all on your doorstep.

Lovely well presented property

We had a lovely stay in Lilypad for a few days. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and welcoming. Great location to catch the bus into Oxford or use the park and ride. We would definitely use again - thank you for great communication too.
