Very clean place. Nice quiet location. I have been a weary backpacker staying in different places around the country and this was a nice welcome change. Comfortable bed and living room! Owner was very friendly and helpful with an early check in so I didn’t have to wait around. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

Fantastic place. Id really recommend considering this place. Went with my finance for valentines and it was well worth it. Really comfortable and has all amenities you would need and more. Sofa bed is very comfortable. The host was very helpful, we had an issue with the wifi box not working, and they promptly sent a replacement box the next day to get wifi working. Overall stay was great and host was very responsive and helpful to any information and issues, the place was great

This place is in a fantastic location and has a great view of Arthur’s Seat. Lu was kind enough to let me check-in early which was so lovely. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Edinburgh.
