Good place to stay For short term

This should be the worst Airbnb accommodation I’ve booked yet. I usually won’t even give a review on my stay at any accommodation but I needed to do this. I stayed here with my husband and our 1 year old son. Because our building had caught fire on the day. Firstly, I didn’t see the need not to be transparent. Before we booked, we read everything including the cost for 3night and 4 days, and nothing like a deposit fee stated. To our greatest surprise, after paying the required amount and in the process of verifying identity, a refundable deposit fee of £150 came up, without a prior notice and without payment, no check-in can be done. Secondly, check in was done past 7pm but we were asked to checkout before 10am on checkout day. After we’ve been charged for 4days (21-24). The bath space was utterly small, neighbors kept banging the doors at midnight making our little one to keep waking up at intervals. On the second day of our stay, we meant the entrance door broken and kept opened!
