host was very quick to reply and answered any questions I had. There was a slight issue with the bathroom/toilet before aswell as during my visit which wasn't ideal but thankfully I only stayed for one night and it didn't affect me a great deal. the property was comfortable and I had no problems with it overall. good value for money

Great communication from the host and a good location. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom which were reported back to the host after our departure - hopefully they will be sorted by the time the next guests arrive 😊

Stayed for 3 months during a placement in the hospitals, great location. It’s not a 3 bed property unless you wish to count an air bed. And if you want a double bed then it’s a 1 bed property which is two single beds pushed together. Had some maintenance problems such as holes in window frames, rotten wonky floorboard in the bathroom, kitchen island is very wobbly. Walls are grubby and need painting. Had some furniture issues, sofa wasn’t as advertised, was more like a park bench with felt on it, not what you would want to sit and watch tv on! Other than that they were helpful in ordering new stuff for the kitchen (pans, utensils etc) as the original stuff was pretty grim. Very helpful staff, but I feel like I shouldn’t have had to keep asking for new things because the old stuff is grim. If it was half the price I probably would have put up with it but it was £2000 a month. Parking at the front was terrible, the hairdressers below the flats can’t park, one even crashed into my car.

Great stay wonderful location right in front of the Parkinson Building. Everything was nice and clean. Support was quick also.

The apartment here is complete and they provided everything, the staff were professional and dealt with us with all elegance and professionalism, they responded to all our messages at all times and fulfilled requests, I really felt like I was at home.. Thank you to them
