My group and I were visiting for a wedding and stayed nearly a week. This turned out to be the perfect spot as it was private and tucked away just outside of Edinburgh. We had easy access to the city with a quick drive or train ride while having a quiet place to return to after each day exploring the city and surrounding area. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. On top of that, Ben and team are excellent hosts who make sure you feel at home and have a wonderful stay. They have great communication and provide a ton of resources for before and during your stay. I would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Great stay, great host!

The place is beautiful and well maintained and our party of 8 was very comfortable. We made some nice meals together in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. The bedding quality was a major highlight. I also had some special requests and the hosts were responsive within minutes and incredibly accommodating. Recommend!

Fantastic location, and especially brilliant for families. We had several small children with us, and the house was clean, safe, and quiet. Easy 8 minute walk to the train, and you can be downtown quickly! Highly, highly recommend!
