The location is well placed for N Yorkshire and the coast. walkable to a good convenience store, larger supermarket, pubs, restaurant and a coffee shop. Although near a main road the speed limit is low and there was no disruption from traffic noice. We found it a nice quiet area even when outside. There is a drive and ample road parking in the area, with a back gate so once you're inside it's easier to load/unload through the back door. Soap, washing up liquid, toilet rolls and enough dishwasher tablets were provided for the weekend. The bedding was clean and crisp and the towels super fluffy. We all slept very well on the beds! There was also a welcome basket with tea, coffee and biscuits. We were a family of five adults staying and we all had plenty of space. It is a little worn in places but nothing major that affected our stay. We are aware that unfortunately not everyone looks after where they're staying. We would use again when visiting family in the area.

beware this property is not brand new and is not looked after. various issues around the property ranging from a musky smell and stained furniture to damaged doors and waste pipes. toast letting customer service is rude and unprofessional.
