Great location, facilities were super. Communication from Host was faultless. Nothing I could fault in all honesty, will be back again in 2027.

The place was very well kept and clean. A nice living area to sit and chill out. The landlord was very friendly and accessible when ever we needed assistance.

Franny accepted our booking immediately and thankfully she did as we were left without a booking due to another host. Communication was excellent 👌. The inside of the property was great and just what was needed, however, I do feel like for the price it needs some work doing on the external of the property especially in the garden. I didn't personally stay there as we booked for our family travelling from abroad but when I visited I did notice that the gardens were in need of some maintenance. The sofa bed in the living area is not sufficient for a grown adult to sleep on and one of them was actually broken on one side so couldn't be sat on. The area is a cul de sac so expected to be quiet but some of the neighbours played music until late which caused the children to be unable to sleep, however, we appreciate this is out of the hosts control. There is plenty of parking at the property and on street too. Everything you'd need for self catering is provided too.
