Very clean and easy to access. Great home for our short stay!

Not hot water and they left they said the sofa would be used for the two person adults but not even suitable for the one person we booked for four adults there was one bedroom with a double pad on it but for the two people they said it’s a sofa bed and it’s tiny

We had a really lovely stay in this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Edinburgh. The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a great location for getting around the city. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d happily return in the future!

Had a really nice stay here. The place was clean and comfortable and everything matched the listing. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. Would definitely stay again.

Had many issues with the place like radiator off wall, incomplete flooring, stained and creased bedding, smoking oven and overall quite dirty. I messaged about issues and condition on arrival just for fresh bedding to be dropped off next day not put on or even out of shop packet and had to ask again what was happening with the repair. Had great responses not great actions, the flat was a rip off for the price and I suggest they hire a good cleaning company. I felt unsafe in this area too as door had been damaged. I was at this flat for work but ended up leaving it early due to its ongoing issues and feeling unsafe in it.

location was a 15min drive to the city centre, definitely not walkable distance. The photos are pretty edited, for example the sofa is grey and a radiator were off the walls. It is one bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room, we were expecting a two bedroom but that wasn’t the case, that was our mistake i guess. The door was pretty difficult to get into but is possible after some fiddling. The sheets on the sofa bed are not white and didn’t smell freshly washed at all. Overall solid experience for the price once we figured out how to turn on the radiators and the hot water. Thank you for the stay!
