The house was pretty nice. I don't know if I misunderstood or if there was a mistake in the instructions... I wanted to check in between 9 and 11, but I wasn't allowed to check in until I paid extra insurance (which I would get back if there was no damage), so I checked in at 12 pm and didn't get the money back (extra insurance). Otherwise, everything was good and nice.
