A great place to stay if you’re visiting Manchester. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our trip to visit family. It’s located in a quiet area and handy for walking the dog in Heaton Park. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great communication and ideal location

lovely quiet place to stay, suitable for our group of 4 for the weekend stay! good instructions, easy to check in and very responsive. had a couple of issues but host was responsive quickly at all hours, would stay again. neighbours were a little loud, but it was a summer weekend so to be expected, and not the fault of the host at all =)

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. From booking in the host kept in touch and was very friendly, kept checking if all was well..the only problem albeit small was the bathroom was not very clean. but everything else was absolutely amazing.
