location was good if you can afford the £10 Ubers to Manchester. only issue we had was the showers. there are 5 showers but if 2 people shower you need to wait a long while for the tank to refill & heat up before anyone else can shower

I booked this place for 2 nights for a group of 5 couples to head out into Manchester and it was ideal for what we needed. Each bedroom had very clean bedding & towels. Some of the bathrooms needed attention, things like a new shower head, lose tiles replacing etc, and some of the ceilings needed some tlc, but for a short stay it wasnt too bothersome. If youre looking to stay for the weekend it's ideal and only 15mins taxi into the center. I would be happy to stay again next time I visit Manchester.

Ciaran is the first person we have come across who actually fits the definition of a super-host. Not only did the place exceed our expectations, but the overall management, especially Ciaran’s availability and response time was commendable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay.! Great place for a group travelling for work, lots of space everything was clean and we really enjoyed it.

Stayed here with 3 mates for the weekend to enjoy the Manchester Derby. Stayed for 2 nights so we could venture into the city center as well. Spacious House, allowing us all to have our own rooms and own bathrooms, was mainly clean and tidy.
