Valore Living require a lot of security checks as part of the booking process e.g, ID photo, photos of face but this was a positive as it shows they take security seriously. We had trouble accessing the property which caused a lot of stress and I won’t go into details as they were able to rectify and compensate for the issues that we experienced. Whilst Valore living use AI comms they also have REAL HUMANS who you can actually speak with. This is a BIG plus for me. The apartment is absolutely lovely, clean modern, with freshly cleaned bed linen, towels, washing machine, flat screen smart TV. It’s conveniently located with. Tesco local downstairs. Would I stay at this place again? YES I would. Would I recommend this place? YES, I most certainly would.

I had a great stay here. The property was very clean, had everything I needed, and was in a great area (5 min walk to tram). Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice place with lots of space and easy walk to the centre. Had everything you need inside but parking is upto you. There is not an allocated parking spot under the building as you might expect. Building residents are quiet, however, main road outside can be load, especially with windows open. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the process and instructions etc are brilliant.
