One of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in in Manchester. The room was clean and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. I was worried that the bar next door would be noisy at night, but it was actually very quiet, and the neighborhood was very safe.

Ciaran was very responsive and friendly in communications we had. The property itself is very nice and spacious , with the lovely balcony as an added bonus. |The location was excellent for walking to restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. We did have a few issues - The cleaning team did not leave enough bedding or towels for the required amount of guests and were meant to drop off extra supplies for the second night of our stay , but they did not materialise. We also received 2 parking fines for parking where we were advised to park , which was meant to be free parking after providing our number plate for the permit. I feel the management team are at fault here but Ciaran was very accommodating with agreeing to a complimentary late check out and reimbursing the parking fines , which was most appreciated. I would recommend staying here.

They were super rude. They asked for an advance payment and in the end they didn't issue the refund!

Sorry for the delay in writing this. This house is in a great location for a city break. Loads within less than a two minute walk, really loads to see and do within 5-10. House was lovely and clean and more than met our expectations. Some reviews mention it's a lil dodgy when you go outside - it's Manchester! It's always had an edge. But it ain't dodgy dodgy in my view, it's just how cities can be.. The immediate vicinity of this house is teeming with a lot of young uns living their life - having fun and making memories 😀😀 Mcr isn't the city I grew up in anymore, it's more vibrant than ever, more cosmopolitan, more cool places to see and go, just generally more everything. This house is perfectly located for a big city break if you have no interest in seeing the Tower of London haha! It's got plenty to match London these days. Will hopefully return soon and would more than happily stay here again. Thank you.

Everything was perfect would book here again

Ciaran’s airbnb was amazing beyond belief, me and my buddies wanted a place that gave us an easy walk to the local festivities and the food, this place gave us that and more!! I would highly recommend anyone coming into town to visit or stay for a while and needing somewhere amazing to do it in book this Airbnb 10/10!
