Basic (more so than appears in photos) but clean, spacious and comfortable. Very well-located. Responsive host and problems sorted swiftly. Free late check-out offered to make up for minor issue during stay. Fine for a practical stay.

Was a very nice modern place, with a lovely welcome hamper which had all i needed in. would deffo return again only thing i didnt like was the deposit/waver fee but i do understand it is needed to cover themselfs. Someone stole the carpark spot and had to find a alterantive spot. did'nt effect my stay il be back!

This was a great place to stay when visiting Newark. Safe parking, spotless inside, and very comfortable. I stayed in Apartment 5 and also Apartment 4 both were clean, cosy, and felt like a home from home. Brilliant communication from the host. Highly recommend.

Flat 4 was beautifully laid out, the accommodation far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this flat for a wee break as it's close to most shops, and is also like a home away from home. The team was quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. thanks for the great stay!
