Booked an apartment through Airbnb with Platform, weeks later was informed it was not available and offered a different apartment honouring the price I would have paid, it was not in as nice an area but ok and suitable for the 4 nights we needed. TV did not work on arrival, quick phone call and they were there in 15 minutes to fix it, speedy service.

Nice apartment corresponds to the photos. If you are poorly walking, do not choose the apartment, as there are stairs and height displacements between the living room/kitchen/bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen contains everything so you can cook yourself. The host is very quick to respond to messages.
