It was great! A really fantastic apartment. I'll be back soon.

The place is very nice, but the instructions were confusing. The automated response system didn't answer what was asked. It adds an element of stress if you're coming from another city and don't know all the places. There is a hidden damage prevention fee that is not clearly disclosed, so I had to pay it to avoid being left without a place to stay. The check-in process and the extra charge did not seem appropriate or transparent to me. In addition, one of the bathrooms (there are several) had a problem with the toilet seat, and I had to coordinate with the person who was going to fix it myself, which was not my responsibility. Otherwise, the place is great, with several bathrooms, very clean and well located.

I'd go back again

The property itself was in a good location and was generally comfortable. However, I was very disappointed by the check-in process. I was not informed before booking that an additional £125 mandatory fee would be required to access the property. It only became mandatory when I was about to check in, after I had already paid for the reservation and had little practical choice but to proceed. Although it was referred to as a “deposit,” the £125 was not refundable, so it functioned as an additional mandatory charge rather than a refundable security deposit. Had this been clearly disclosed before booking, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to book the property. I believe any mandatory fees should be made clear before guests confirm a reservation, not at the point of check-in. Aside from this issue, the location was good and the property itself was satisfactory.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable - it really felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic, always on hand to answer any queries and made everything really easy for us. We would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the near future.

I really liked my stay there, the localization was really good, people around were friendly. The apartment was alright, but was smaller than on the pictures. Also there were some stuff damaged, waiting to be touched with more power and destroyed. There was some dust here and there, the walls were dirty with a chewing gum sticked right next to the bed. Also the sheets were not as clean as expected. However the owner was really helpful, he answered all my questions almost immiedatly and knew an answer to every problem. I would reccoment if you're looking for a short stay with an alright price. Also the neighboorhood is really nice, clean and beautiful. We could walk around for 5 days and get everywhere with no problems.
