We had a reasonable stay at Ciarans-the location was great for what we wanted and it was good to have space for 4 of us. We encountered a couple of issues with significant leaks from the bathroom and rubbish not being removed prior to our stay which we raised and this was resolved. However, we felt that rubbish being left behind and the glass and dust we found inside the lounge reflected a lack of attention to detail with cleaning. This was echoed by the large amount of rubbish being stored in the garage which was visible when accessing the outside bins. We found internet connection very temperamental during our last 36 hours which was frustrating although we felt there was little point in reporting this due to our stay coming to an end. A few tweaks/better attention to detail with cleaning and maintenance would greatly improve things.
