Brilliant and useful place to stay

Struggled to get the actual apartment door open as the key was not working properly, the actual entrance to the lofts worked fine. Apartment was really clean, fully matched the description and met all required needs. The church bells through the late hours of the night were quite annoying but I put that down to my lack of research of the area. Would stay again

Clean apartment, easy check in. The car park is incredibly tight if you have a large car so be aware of this. The building had an emergency fire alarm where they had to. Heck all vacant apartments that didn’t answer the door… this was not communicated to me and I came back to the apartment with lights on and off in places I hadn’t.. was a little unnerving as I had valuables in there and nobody thought out of courtesy to drop a message to explain. They were apologetic but didn’t see reason to message me which as a property manager myself thought was bad customer service and rude. It hasn’t put me off staying again or recommending though. They are perfect for business or even leisure trips. Also a thing to note the hearing is controlled by them and you have to pay more if you want the heating on more
