I stayed here for work for 1 week, was clean, quiet and had off road parking. I had no need to contact the host as everything had been mentioned in the check-in instructions and there were no issues throughout my stay. Would stay here again.

Definitely consider when booking this place, absolutely disgusting wouldn't recommend to anyone

I can't put 3-stars as if it was 'okay' we'd consider using it again - be we know that we won't.  First night - a significant drip from bedroom ceiling disrupted sleep; no microwave (there's one listed) meant our quick plans for dinner after a long journey were mucked up; and inadequate instructions for the heating meant we couldn't get the heat on for ages and the house was freezing when we arrived. The front door lock took a certain knack to open - not great in an emergency. The bin was broken, the aerial cable on the TV kept falling out as it didn't have a plug, there was evidence of damp on some blinds, and there were some items we were surprised weren't included the utensils. The outdoor bit was pretty grim. We contacted the hosts about the heating, the microwave and the drip. They were polite and prompt with their responses. The heating got switched on in a couple of hours; we had a microwave on the doorstep the next day; the drip improved but was still intermittent.
