Our stay was comfortable, in a lovely location close to everything. The house does need some maintenance, it has a lot of potential to be a beautiful stay.

Was really nice, plenty of bedroom space for all of us, really easy to get inside with clear instructions. The lawn was even mowed whilst we were out for the day which was a nice surprise

Good place for a large family to set up base if you're planning to visit Manchester. Near the Etihad stadium and about 20 minutes away from the city centre by bus/metrolink. About 7 miles away from Old Trafford. The place is nice with plenty of rooms and can comfortably host 8-9 people. Got a Morrisons round the corner as well. Only thing, the neighborhood hasn't got much to offer but at this price, it is indeed a good deal to set up base for any city tour.
