This space was close to our location. Was clean and accommodated all our needs. Tom was so responsive to all our needs. He went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable.

Stayed in Manchester with the family for the weekend. This place was perfect for us. Nice and clean, spacious enough for us. It was nice to find sufficient cleaning products to use post cooking. We didn’t stay in the Airbnb much during the day, but at night it was peaceful, didn’t hear any noise or much road traffic. Tom was great and responsive. We were able to arrange an early check-in with ease (for a fee). Would happily stay there again. 😊

spot on for our needs as a group of 40 ,50 and 60 somethings. the location was perfect for Uber rides into the city at around 15 minutes with a bit of traffic. with one parking space out front and plenty of parking alongside the houses. The host is friendly, very responsive , and as my first air BnB experience, a pleasure to deal with. helpfully some of the beds can split to singles and the hose arranges this to your needs prior to arrival. this is clearly a well used Airbnb as such decor etc is looking tired and not necessarily reflective of the pictures, however ,I wasn't paying for wallpaper, somewhere to sleep , eat and get clean before city shenanigans over a weekend. my view is that despite being decoratively tired this Airbnb represents exceptional value for money as a base camp when comparing to a basic hotel (we saved £1300 as a group of 7). as a group, given the ease of use, ease and responsiveness of the host engagement and location we will be back.

Perfect stay for the weekend, home was very clean and question were always answered quickly. Thanks for the great stay
