This property has the potential to be really nice and a perfect place to stay in Darlington when visiting family. However, it will need more care and attention in order for us to return. Things that are just basic were missing like a hair dryer a small rubbish bin for upstairs, a rug for the living room floor, a blanket. The threshold between the toilet and bedroom was exposed with small nails sticking up that I stood on. The place needs a deep clean and have a nice smell. Dusty surfaces, floor not fresh. It was taken care of after we complained, but the one bin in the kitchen was left outside with nappies in it. Wrong house number on the directions which took us a while to figure out on the opposite side of the street. Again has potential to be quite nice, but I have been in better taken care of homes. Hard to leave a bad review, but hoping the owners will step up.
