Good spot, clean place, would stay again

Fantastic host who’s really helpful, just as good as the place which is really nice and clean & just as described. Will definitely be returning.

Great stay

Decent location for a night at the arena/Heaton park etc. Front room could do with a lick of paint but it’s clean and comfortable and serves its purpose.

The flat was not as advertised — it was dirty, messy, and lacked the clean, bright feel shown in the photos. It felt more like a grim student flat, with stained walls, a dirty kitchen, and used sponges and cloths left out. We didn’t sleep in the bed the first night as we weren’t trusting that the bedding was clean. To his credit, Hamza responded quickly and sent cleaners the next day, but even after that, the standard wasn’t what we expected or would have booked. The garden is also not private, with windows from the flat upstairs overlooking it, and there’s a constant high-pitched noise in the garden (likely to deter animals), which made it unpleasant to use. We appreciated the host’s help, but the listing photos should be updated to reflect reality — we wouldn’t stay again.
