Sending a special offer in Messages
Offer a guest your own nightly rate for their dates, straight from your conversation.
- 1Open the guest’s conversation in Messages.
- 2Next to the conversation, under the stay details, select Special offer.
- 3Enter your rate per night. You’ll see the total for their stay and an estimate of what you’ll earn.
- 4Select Send special offer. The guest has 48 hours to book at that rate before it expires.
You can send a special offer once the guest has given their dates. Until then, you’ll see a note saying they haven’t yet.
Special offers are a good way to win a guest who asked a question before booking, or to offer a better rate for a long stay.
