Sending an offer
Reply to a request with one of your homes, a price for the stay and a message.
- 1Go to Requests and open the request.
- 2Select Send an offer and choose which of your homes to offer.
- 3Set your price for the stay. You’ll see the full breakdown, including what you’ll be paid.
- 4Add a message to the guest — what makes your place right for them — and send it.
You can offer more than one of your homes on the same request with Offer another home.
Your offer lasts 48 hours. The guest sees a countdown, and we remind them by email if they haven’t answered. You’ll be emailed when they accept and book.
Keep contact details out of your message
Messages with phone numbers, emails or links can’t be sent. Once the guest books, you can talk freely in Messages.
