Let guests book straight away, or approve each booking yourself.

With instant booking on, guests can book your listing straight away, without waiting for you. With it off, each booking comes to you to accept or decline first, and you have 24 hours to answer.

Turn it on or off under Booking Settings in the listing editor, or in your calendar’s settings. New listings start with it on.
