Editing or cancelling a request

Change your request’s details while it’s waiting for offers, or cancel it.

Edit a request

  1. 1Go to Requests and open the request.
  2. 2Select Edit request. Your answers open on the review page.
  3. 3Select Edit next to anything you want to change, then Save changes.

Once a host has sent you an offer, the stay details are fixed. To change them, cancel the request and send a new one.

Cancel a request

Open the request in Requests and select Cancel request. Any offers on it are cancelled too, so hosts can’t book you in. You can cancel a request any time before it’s booked.
