Nezt joins the NextPax network

Property managers who use NextPax can now offer their homes on Nezt, with availability, rates and content kept in sync and bookings coming back through the same connection.

Nezt is now a bookable channel in the NextPax network. NextPax, the channel management platform used by property managers and hosts to distribute their homes, announced the partnership on 29 July 2026.

For property managers already on NextPax, it means their availability, rates and property content can reach guests on Nezt automatically, with no new technical integration to build. Reservations come back through the same NextPax connection they already rely on.

What it means for property managers

  • No new integration. Nezt is switched on as a channel inside NextPax.
  • One place to manage. Availability, rates and property content stay in sync from NextPax.
  • Bookings in the usual place. Reservations made on Nezt flow back through NextPax.
“Adding Nezt to our network is exactly the kind of expansion our customers ask for — new, high-quality demand they can switch on instantly, with no extra integration effort.”
Lennart Kok, VP Distribution & Marketing, NextPax

What it means for guests
