How quickly will hosts reply?
Hosts typically send offers within 8 minutes. Your request stays open for 7 days, and each offer lasts 48 hours from when the host sends it.
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. It’s free to send, there’s no obligation to book, and we don’t ask for payment details. Nothing is booked until you accept an offer.

Hosts with a place within 15 miles of the area you choose. They reply with a place, a price and a message, and you can message them with any questions before you decide.
Can the whole crew stay in one house?
Many places on Nezt are whole houses that sleep 6 or more. Tell us how many people in your request, and hosts with room for everyone send offers. For bigger crews, you can book several places close together.
Is there parking for vans?
Each listing shows its parking, so you can check before you book. Tell us how many vehicles in your request, and message the host through Nezt about space for several vans.
What if the job finishes early or runs over?
Each place has its own cancellation policy, shown before you book. You can message the host through Nezt at any time to ask about changing your dates.
Can we get an invoice for the company?
Yes. Add your company name, VAT or tax number and address at checkout, and download a PDF receipt for every booking, ready for expenses. Companies can also pay by monthly invoice: talk to our team to set it up.
How can we pay?
