My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and relaxing at night so we slept well. The location is great with lots of great places to eat. We would book again for a future trip.

Easily best Airbnb I've stayed at in Leamington Spa. Very comfy bed, nice kitchen, excellent water pressure. Would stay here again.

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb. The key location may be convenient for people with cars, but it isn't for people without. While it's unclear how to get from the garage to the apartment, the location and apartment itself are excellent.

We liked the stay. The apartment was good and well located. We didn’t like the smell of food from the restaurants when opening the windows. The shower towels were too small. When we asked for a later checkout we were offered one hour for a 20£ extra-cost. I think it would have been nice to be more flexible.
