A quiet location within the park and a short walk to the beach. Some updates within the property are needed, but overall good value for money.

Caravan was in a good spot to the edge of the site which suited us. We were very lucky with the weather which really helped with our overall satisfaction. The view from the patio doors was really nice with a large grassy area and a waterfall centrepiece. The caravan was fairly typical with a nice living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom even had it's own WC. The amenity centre was tacky but we didn’t use it so it didn’t matter. Overall a nice spot for a holiday close to Edinburgh.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and the accommodation was clean and in a good location. The team was responsive and polite whenever we contacted them. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The shower only provided hot water despite following the instructions to adjust the mixer, and one of the bedroom lights was not working. We also felt that, for a three-night stay, it would have been helpful to have an extra towel or a towel change. Despite these issues, communication with the host was good, and we appreciated their prompt responses. With a few maintenance improvements, this could be an even better place to stay
