The house was easy to park in front of and easy to access. CCTV at the front was a plus. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.The beds were comfortable. The sofa was a bit hard for me but the TV had every service e.g. Netflix etc. The location was ideal being 10 minutes from QMC and the University of Nottingham.

We stayed for a couple of nights for a conference at Nottigham University. A great place to stay, near to the University and to the Highfields Park.

We booked for 5 adults. The two doubles in the bedrooms are good, but I thought the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, too small for and adult, and didn't come with the proper bedding. So one of us had a terrible night's sleep. Everything else was fine but the sleeping arrangements spoiled the trip, I don't think it should be advertised as sleeping 5 adults.

Quite enjoyable, beds are very comfortable. Did not have the listed number of beds so people had to share. Host requires you to fill out a form on a separate page, and did not correctly communicate the lockbox password at first.
