Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars on the property. Please do not obstruct neighbouring properties, pavements or access points. Please take care of the property, furniture and appliances and report any damage or breakages promptly. Please do not move furniture or beds between rooms without permission. Do not tamper with smoke alarms, safety equipment or security devices. Please switch off lights, fans and appliances when leaving the property. Waste Segregation – Important: We operate a waste-segregation policy in accordance with local waste-collection requirements. Guests must separate recyclable waste from general/non-recyclable waste and place it in the correct bins provided. Recyclables should be empty, clean and free from food or liquids before disposal. Please do not mix general household waste or food waste with recycling, as incorrectly sorted bins may not be collected.
