Lovely apartment with everything we needed for a weekend away, really clean and spacious! Everything was nice and modern and the kitchen area was gorgeous! The car park right next door was perfect and could pass bags over the wall right to the front door which saved walking around! A bit of noise with the car park but really quiet through the night. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Really lovely stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting room. It was also in a peaceful location, perfect for relaxing, and we had a great few days away. We’d happily stay again.

Overall, a cosy Airbnb in a great location and good value. We liked the open-plan kitchen/living space, and check-in and communication were excellent. Some basics like salt, tea and coffee were missing. The single room needs better blinds due to the bright car park light shining through all night. Main surfaces were clean, but there was noticeable dust on lampshades, fans, kitchen blinds and around the bed. A deeper clean of the upholstery and stair carpet would help, as would replacing the worn frying pan. A guest book with local recommendations would also be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt the property was fairly priced for what was provided. With a few small improvements, it could be an even more comfortable stay.

Its the second time ive stayed at this house, as before I love it here, quiet enough but so close to town. Love the way the building has been converted, love open plan living space. No negatives as all about the house or host. Only thing id saybis the skirting boards need a dusting but other than this id love to stay here again when visiting Torbay.
