The accommodation was just as advertised, I was unable to use the washing machine, a minor issue. I would suggest that prospective guests ask to see Cozy Homes terms and conditions before paying a deposit, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you wish to go ahead with the booking.

Lovely home in a nice quiet area. Perfect for a stay with my wife and two young children. Hosts very responsive to queries before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay. House is very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Host provided somethings that other places don't such as teabags, sugar, coffee. we had a few requests during our stay for all of which we received good communication for. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it for future visits.
