We had a pleasant stay at the property with a swift and easy booking process. Communication with the host was great throughout, and the parking facilities were very convenient. The garden was also well kept and added to the overall experience. The location was an excellent base for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle. The only downside was that basic kitchen essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper were not provided. The TV in the reception room is on the smaller side. A nice to have would be TVs in the bedrooms.

We had a great stay, Marina and Kate were very accommodating especially as we were a very late booking. The place was extremely clean, well maintained and as described in the photos. Highly recommended hosts!
