Great place, easy to find and has everything you need. Great for contractors or for a weekend city break.

There is a fee of £60 to check in after you have already paid for the house on the app, which is not communicated in advance. They responded well until a problem arose, and then no one answered me anymore when I needed to cancel. You have to pick up the key when the market is open. There is no automatic check-in as stated in the description.

The apartment was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed whilst on our stay. The location was great and the room was easy to access when we first arrived.

Great location and the place was immaculate. The customer service was excellent and responses to messages sent were rapid. We will be re booking for sure.

When we eventually got into the flat it was unpleasantly warm - this was raised with the property managers as the listed fans and/or air coolers were not there. We were told to open windows and close blinds/curtains! We eventually received air coolers on day 4 of our stay but didn’t get to use them as the weather returned to the norm for Salford in April! The flat itself is great, being relatively new, and otherwise well equipped. We stayed 2 weeks so made full use of everything it offered. The surrounding area is still a building site and this flat overlooks the canteen/welfare area for the builders so is noisy during their working hours, especially if you have to have the windows open to keep cool! The parking garage is a big plus if you have a car and is relatively secure.
