Forced to pay 'deposit' outside of airbnb before lockcode released. This is deceiving and misleading as Rich property communicated messages regarding deposit and airbnb confirmed is legit. However, site is misleading - in green, most popular choice - leads you to paying £65 only to later find out it is not a deposit but a non refundable waiver which they have refused to reimburse. The only other option in £300 but why would anyone pay that for a 2 night's stay?! Another person's review mentioned £65 deposit, so they have either changed their policy since that person stayed or conned me. Property on main road - is noisy + back gate was broken - slamming in the wind. Weird people loitering at the back and neighbour knocking on door. Lot of money for a small property - pictures are deceiving- no dining room/table for us all to eat together. Very limited kitchen supplies. Definitely would NOT stay there again! Terrible experience.
