As advertised and great location.

Two disappointments: a company is acting as an intermediary between Andreea and the tenant, and immediately presents a long and threatening contract that must be signed "immediately," and a deposit must also be paid, either non-refundable (55 pounds) or refundable (250 pounds). All this after you have just transferred the full rent amount in good faith. An online guest portal will follow where all sorts of things must be filled in. There are instructions in it, but they are also in the app. It doesn't improve transparency or communication. It is also not a nice way to spend a vacation day. The second disappointment is that there is no Netflix, and the TV doesn't even work, even though that is advertised in almost all the photos. The flat, although soullessly pimped up, is in a good location, spacious enough, right next to the old town. Andreea apologized profusely, but the issue was not resolved. By now, I hope that will have happened.

Overall, a positive stay thanks to the excellent, super central location and the house that matches the photos. Some downsides: although there were three of us, we only found 2 towels. The linen for the sofa bed (stored inside the sofa itself) had some stains, and there was no hair dryer. The shower button should also be checked because it is a bit difficult to press.

Good, clean, and spacious flat to stay in for two people. The kitchen was very well equipped to do a bit of cooking. Wouldve been a 5 star if the shower worked properly. Nonetheless, would recommend

Located at the centre of Canterbury, this place is very good for those who want to explore the city or be centrally located. It's very close to the high street so good options for food and drinks as well. The rooms itself were very clean and comfortable. Public Parking is next door so it was useful to us. Recommend it!
