Richard was very accommodating, the house was clean, the area isn't ideal but it is what it is. I Found the property to be appropriate for contractors working in the area. overall my stay way satisfactory and I would recommend to any contractors working in the area. Richard was very engaging and polite.

A standard contractors accommodation. The previous guests had left a tobacco smell so the host suggested we move out to another property and was very accommodating. Richard was very communicative and understanding.

Richard the host was lovely, responsive, gave recommendations, allowed a late check out and even reimbursed me for a hairdryer as we forgot ours and the property did not have one. Sadly we found the house to be in a very rough area, the bins outside were overflowing and as we were taking our things inside, items were stolen from the steps of the property. My 16 year old teenage daughter when walking to the shop had numerous older men catcall and stare at her. The house was as pictured however lots of the walls have damp, holes in them and the carpets are stained. The kitchen was the biggest let down. There was old food in the sink. A dirty sponge on the side, mop bucket full of dirty, smelly water and we had to wash every item we used as it was cover in a grimy film. There was no plug provided for the kitchen sink either. There rear garden is a state. Rubbish and full dog poo bags discarded outside. If we were not at an event we would have left immediately sadly.
