House Rules – Skipton House **Guests & Visitors** * Only registered guests may stay overnight. * Visitors are welcome during the day but **not allowed to stay overnight**. * CCTV is installed at the front of the property. **Noise & Parties** * **No parties allowed.** * Keep noise to a minimum; no loud music after **9 PM**. **Smoking** * Strictly **no smoking inside** (smoke alarms fitted). * Smoking allowed in front or backyard; please dispose of butts safely. **Windows** * Open as needed, but **close before leaving** to prevent insects. **Kitchen** * Fully equipped for your use. Please clean and return items after use. * Extra cleaning products and bin bags are under the sink. * Switch fridge on by turning the dial. * Use extractor fan/window while cooking. **Laundry** * Washing machine is located next to the kitchen. * Electric clothes dryer and Drying rack are in the utility room under the stairs. * Return items after use. **Rubbish** * Kitchen bin: daily waste. * Bathroom bin: bathroom waste. * Extra liners under sink. * Dispose of bags in **blue/purple bins at back of house**. * Long stays: cleaners empty bins fortnightly. **Television** * Smart TV with WiFi. * Use your own Netflix/Prime login. * Remote on side table. **Heating & Hot Water** * Boiler in WC downstairs. * Central Heating- radiators in the rooms have individual controls. **Bedding & Towels** * All 4 beds prepared with linens, throws, pillows & towels. * Items are checked after checkout; charges apply for loss or damage. **Cleanliness** * Please keep the house tidy to avoid pests/odours. * Standard cleaning is included after checkout. * Extra clean during stay: **£80** (book 3 days in advance). * Long stays (28+ days): fortnightly clean & linen change included.
