They entered the wrong key code, we couldn't get into the apartment and had to go back to the hotel, incurring a loss of £500 because they didn't tell us we had to pay for parking. In other words, we lost the first day because of the wrong codes.

I stayed at this property during a business trip and found it to be comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The location is highly convenient, being close to Heathrow Airport, local amenities, restaurants, shops, and with excellent transport links into London. The host was professional, friendly, and very responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This apartment in Staines exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable—so close to Heathrow Airport and just steps away from the shopping mall, restaurants, and cafes, making everything incredibly convenient. The apartment was immaculate, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was outstanding—extremely friendly, responsive, and proactive with communication, which made check-in and the entire stay completely stress-free. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Could not fault this place at all and would 100% recommend it to anyone. We would happily stay here again!
