Was cheap and clean. Very central to town. Bed wasn’t great but we knew that from past reviews and just wanted somewhere cheap to stay. Can be noisy in the mornings sometimes.

It was a good studio apartment but the sofa bed mattress can be better. Great location and super clean.

This is a fine place for a short visit with comfortable furniture and amenities. Cupar is a thriving and beautiful town with plenty to do and see. It is worth bearing in mind that this flat is above a Post Office and adjacent to other premises which have early morning deliveries. So although the sofa bed is very good, I would still recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
