Nice stay in the heart of Chelmsford. The place is clean, communication and checkin were easy and clear

A lovely modern, spacious, and bright studio flat in the centre of town, with fantastic hosts who were very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had - would definitely recommend Hyde Stays.

Easy to check in, fast communication from host and a reasonably good (although loud) location - but that is the extent of the positives. - Kitchen was understocked (no utensils provided, two cheap pans etc) so cooking was very difficult. Unless you're happy with microwave meals or takeaways, I'd avoid, it's not somwhere you can cook an adequate meal. - A wardrobe was advertised when in reality it was a boiler cupboard with three hangers inside with nowhere to hang them!! - Fan provided was broken. - Without WIFI or an ariel the TV is completely redundant. No channels, no way to stream, so really a rather useless addition. - Iron but no ironing board - Incredibly loud, which is somewhat to be expected on a busy highstreet, but did not anticipate just how loud it would be and that the windows would have to be open all night (it was summer and the flat was VERY hot) I had three terrible nights sleep.
