The location is good, the host is very quick and responsive through text messages, however the house wasn't that clean, some rubbish was left at the back of the house, like chocolate wrapping papers, and no broom or dustpan for trash, no hoover to keep the interior clean. The front door is a bit tricky to lock from inside. Everything else is fine.

Booked Abigail Rhianne's place for colleagues working in the area and it was not at all like the photos! The place was dirty, smelt of cannabis and in bad condition overall.

The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am Guests will be required to complete a registration form, sign standard terms and conditions and submit Government issued identification and pre-authorize a 150 gbp security deposit.
